BitMart, a leading global digital asset trading platform, is thrilled to announce the launch of a new feature allowing users to convert small amounts of their spot assets into BMX. This new feature enables users to easily transform small and scattered balances of token assets into BMX, significantly enhancing the utilization of minor assets within BitMart accounts.

In cryptocurrency trading, small amounts of balances (also known as Dust) refer to the tiny amounts of tokens left after a trade, which are too small to trade individually. This new feature aims to address the issue of “Dust” in trading, improve the user experience, and expand the use cases for BMX.

Users who have completed KYC 1 verification can now use the BitMart website and BitMart App to perform conversions, with a limit of one conversion per 24 hours. Before converting to BMX, users must ensure that all of the balances used for conversions are transferred to their spot accounts. Users can convert up to the equivalent of 20 USDT in BMX per day. If the token price fluctuation reaches or exceeds 5% during the conversion process, the operation will be halted. 

A 2% service fee will be applied to all conversions and deducted in BMX upon successful conversion. Some tokens may be ineligible for conversion due to reasons such as trading suspension, delisting, or having a balance below 0.00000001 BMX.

Currently, BMX holders can use BMX to pay for BitMart platform fees with a 25% discount. Additionally, BMX holders can participate in various platform activities, including Launchpad, Vote Listing, and Vote-to-Earn II NFT issuance, subject to regional restrictions.. The introduction of this new Dust conversion feature will further enhance the value and utility of BMX.
